As the firmament transmuted to a sinister vermilion hue and the last vestiges of humanity cowered in trepidation, the extraterrestrial tyrants descended upon Terra, their frigid, affectless orbs fixed upon their new subjugates, irrevocably modifying the annals of chronology. The provenance and ultimate objectives of these interlopers remained an enigma, but one thing was indubitable - they were not here to establish amicability.
The initial indications of their advent were the anomalous luminaries in the empyrean, followed by the disappearance of entire metropolises and rural settlements. Hysteria and perplexity proliferated like an inferno as mortals struggled to reconcile with the reality of their plight. Governments and military organizations were impotent to thwart the alien invasion and soon, humanity was on the brink of extinction.
But there was still a glimmer of hope. A secret team, code-named TF-18, comprising of the most brilliant minds in science and technology, was working tirelessly to devise a strategy to counter the alien threat. Though their progress was slow, the team was determined to find a way to save humanity from the grasp of the extraterrestrial overlords.
